✅ Order Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number.

  • We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.


⚠️ Change of Mind / Not As Expected

  • Because our products ship directly from our suppliers, we unfortunately cannot accept physical returns for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size/color, or if the product does not meet personal preference.

  • If your order meets the product description but still doesn’t satisfy your expectations, please reach out — we may be able to offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.


💰 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.


🚚 Late or Missing Orders

  • If your package has not arrived within 45 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
